Refunds:

Unfortunately, there may be instances where your desired product is out of stock, or there may be minor issues with the product or quality check. Restrictions:

• Refunds will only be granted for mislabeled and damaged products.

• No refund will be granted for orders after 7 days of delivery.

• No refund will be granted for buyers remorse. This means no refund will be granted because you do not want the product(s) anymore, due to the wrong sizing and so forth.

Returns:

• Ensure the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging - We do not accept returns if the product is not in its original packaging and if the product has been used, worn, and damaged/defective.

• Ensure the packaging is sealed, secure and not damaged.

• Ensure the order slip is present on the packaging - The slip is usually in front of the packaging and it contains the delivery information we used to ship out your product.

You can only request to return a product within 7 days of delivery, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Any requests made later than this will not be accepted. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs, including cases where the customer received free shipping initially. Customers are responsible for covering any re-shipment costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the country of delivery and the chosen delivery company.

Delivery Times:

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days 
● Japan: 4–8 business days 
● International: 10–20 business days

For international shipments (shipments made to countries other than Japan, USA, Europe and Australia ) please allow for a period of 15 - 29 business days for products to be delivered. The reason for the longer waiting time is because our products are made on-demand still and then have to be shipped/delivered to you.
