At Montegro Viscara, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products to you, but we are not liable for any damages that may occur during transit or transportation. Refunds:

At Montegro Viscara, we are dedicated to serving our customers with the highest quality streetwear clothing and youth fashion products. Each product you choose goes through a rigorous 3-step check, ensuring that it is thoroughly inspected for defects and packaged with utmost care before shipping. Unfortunately, there may be instances where your desired product is out of stock, or there may be minor issues with the product or quality check. However, you can rest assured that you can obtain a refund by following our guidelines: 

Restrictions:

  • Refunds will only be granted for mislabeled and damaged products.

  • No refund will be granted for orders after 7 days of delivery.

  • No refund will be granted for buyers remorse. This means no refund will be granted because you do not want the product(s) anymore, due to the wrong sizing and so forth.

Please send us an email at support@montegroviscara.com with a clear description of the issue and a minimum of 3 quality photos showing the problem, and we will assist you in processing a refund. Returns:

At Montegro Viscara, we are dedicated to providing you with the best streetwear clothing and fashion accessories that reflect the latest trends in youth fashion and fashion culture in South Africa. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority, and we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you need to return an item, simply send us an email at support@montegroviscara.com with your order number and the reasons for returning the product. We'll promptly respond with instructions on where to send the product or offer an alternative solution if applicable.

While waiting for confirmation and a solution please ensure the following to make the process simpler for yourself:

  • Ensure the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging - We do not accept returns if the product is not in its original packaging and if the product has been used, worn, and damaged/defective.

  • Ensure the packaging is sealed, secure and not damaged.

  • Ensure the order slip is present on the packaging - The slip is usually in front of the packaging and it contains the delivery information we used to ship out your product.

Please note that all costs associated with returning or delivering a product to Montegro Viscara, are the responsibility of the customer. You can only request to return a product within 7 days of delivery, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Any requests made later than this will not be accepted. Exchanges:

At Montegro Viscara, we strive to provide the highest quality streetwear clothing in South Africa. While we do not accept exchanges at this time, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, if you receive a defective, damaged, or mislabeled product, you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-applying items:

At Montegro Viscara we do not allow refunds for buyers remorse and do not allow the following items to be returned due to hygiene reasons:

  • Perfumes and Fragrances 

  • Skin-care products

  • Make-up and nail products 

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Face masks 

At Montegro Viscara, we strive to maintain the best accuracy of our non-refundable list for streetwear clothing and youth fashion. However, please note that the list may not include all applicable variants, and some items mentioned may not be available for sale yet. If they become available, please be aware that they will not be eligible for return or refund, reflecting our commitment to providing the best quality fashion products in South Africa.

Shipping:

At Montegro Viscara, we are committed to delivering the highest quality streetwear clothing in South Africa and beyond. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs, including cases where the customer received free shipping initially. Customers are responsible for covering any re-shipment costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the country of delivery and the chosen delivery company.

Delivery Times:

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days 
● Japan: 4–8 business days 
● International: 10–20 business days 

For international shipments (shipments made to countries other than Japan, USA, Europe and Australia ) please allow for a period of 15 - 29 business days for products to be delivered. The reason for the longer waiting time is because our products are made on-demand still and then have to be shipped/delivered to you.

Should there be any factors which may delay delivery time, we will let you know via email or on our website.

That's why our streetwear clothing and youth fashion products are packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers, made from items such as plastic bags and bottles that people recycle every day. Our socks are also packaged in polymer mailers, ensuring eco-friendliness in all our products. Our jewelry comes in an elegant, eco-friendly black leatherette-covered box with a magnetic closure and cloth inlay, shipped in an additional cardboard box for added protection. Similarly, our hats are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes, while beanies come in PCR polymer mailers, ensuring sustainable packaging for all our apparel items.
